Federal Government To Shut Down All Roads Linking To Federal Secretariat Over Armed Forces Day

Forward of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day, commemorated each January fifteenth, the Federal Authorities has ordered the closure of roads linking the Nationwide Arcade, Abuja as from 2:00pm on Friday.

The directive was contained in a round that emanated from the Workplace of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan.

The round known as the eye of all Ministries, Departments and Businesses (MDAs) of presidency situated across the space, together with most of the people.

It notified that there could be a closure of the linking roads to the federal secretariat from 2.00pm immediate in the present day.

The round which RexGists acquired entry to was signed by the Everlasting Secretary, Service Welfare Workplace, Workplace of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Ngozi Onwudiwe, on behalf of the Head of Service of the Federation.

Recall that the armed forces remembrance day is an annual exercise to honour the nation’s fallen heroes.

As has been the custom, the President, his Vice, Senate President, Speaker of the Home of Representatives, Chief Justice of the Federation, together with different prime authorities functionaries are anticipated to put wreaths on the Nationwide Arcade, Abuja on Saturday, January 15

“To this finish, all places of work throughout the Federal Secretariat Complicated are to be vacated at 2.00pm on Friday, 14th January,”

The round instructed.
